VAT & Duty

All the prices and payment are made on our website are tax excluded, we do not charge or ask you any tax or any surcharge than what's displaying at your payment page. 

However, when your purchase arrives your address, for some countries or regions, the local Customs authorities occasionally might charge an amount of VAT or Duty per your purchase value. We do not guarantee this part and all the cost should be paid by the buyer. 

 

RETURN

You may use this Return form to apply

All returns must be report and made within ten (10) days of receiving. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels attached and boxes.

After receiving a RMA number and return address, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the return address.

Please note, we will be responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

REFUND

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
